Activate Your Account – A registration email was sent to the email address used to purchase your pass.  Please follow those instructions to activate your account and create a username/password (just like you would for Netflix).  If you have not received an email, please contact [email protected] and we’ll send you a new one immediately.



Watch on Your Computer or iPad

Visit and login with your account. To watch a film, simply click the “unlock” button.  There is no cost associated with “unlocking a film” – your VIP pass gives you access to all films.  Films will be available to watch at the scheduled times.


How to Watch on Your TV

Roku or Apple TV – Search for “Eventive TV” in the Channel/App Store on your Roku or Apple TV.  Once you have installed the app, open it and follow the instructions to login.


– When you open the app for the first time you’ll see an activation code. On another device, please navigate to, then login if necessary and use the code to connect your account.


– IMPORTANT:  Please note that you’ll need to “unlock” each film on before you’re able to access it via the app.  To do so, simply login at, click on the film you want to watch, and click “unlock”.  You will then have access to that film on your App.


Connect Your Computer or Mobile Device – If you have an Apple TV, Chromecast (3rd gen or later), or a smart TV enabled with AirPlay or Chromecast, set your computer, mobile device or browser to “AirPlay” or “cast” to the TV device.  Tap the cast/airplay icon on your device (do not select screen mirroring).  Set your player window to full-screen using the icon at the lower right.  Please note that Chromecast on iPhone devices are not compatible with this platform.


-If you have an HDMI cable, you can directly connect your computer by plugging one end into the HDMI port on your computer and one end to the HDMI port on your TV.  If your computer’s display does not automatically appear on your television screen, you may need to have the computer manually detect the display in the Display Settings menu.


-IMPORTANT:  Due to content the protection restrictions of our films, the Screen Mirroring feature on Smart TVs and other devices cannot be used.
